Whether we create a Trust for a client, or one already exists, MB&B guides Trustees in the best practices for effective legal and tax administration of the Trust. We also advise on the important (and often conflicting) fiduciary obligations between present and future beneficiaries.
If requested, the Partners of MB&B also serve as appointed Trustees or Executors. We are extremely cognizant of our fiduciary obligations and execute our responsibilities with the utmost care.
