An experienced Trust & Estates attorney and litigator, Charles primarily advises high net-worth clients on family wealth planning (i.e., the creation of Trusts and Wills) and on active Trust or Estate administration. When Court intervention becomes necessary, Charles has a long history of litigating disputes in New York State, Federal, and Surrogate’s Court. Separately, Charles advises clients on the creation of non-profit 501(c)(3) corporations and advising those charitable entities on the active management of their affairs.

A 2007 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Charles has worked as an associate at Howrey LLP, an associate at Morgan Lewis LLP, and, most recently, as Counsel to Morris & McVeigh LLP. He is a member of the New York Bar, is admitted to Federal Courts in New York, and is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Estate and Gift Tax Committee, having previously served on the New York City Bar Association’s Trusts, Estates & Surrogate’s Courts Committee.
