In Memoriam

Samantha is a Trust and Estates Associate at Manice Budd & Baggett. She is a member of the New York Bar and is admitted to practice before the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha practiced insurance defense and personal injury litigation.

Samantha earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was recognized for her academic achievement and commitment to public service. She received the Access to Justice Award for her pro bono work with Disability Rights New York and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her performance in Fundamentals of Legal Drafting. While in law school, Samantha participated in the Community Development and Movement Infrastructure Clinic, providing legal services to nonprofit and community-based organizations, and served as Co-Chair of the Performing Arts branch of Brooklyn Law School’s Entertainment and Sports Law Society.

Before attending law school, Samantha built a career in entertainment management, working both domestically and internationally for Norwegian Cruise Line, the national tour of RENT, and the Nickelodeon Universe and DreamWorks theme parks at American Dream. She graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University with a degree in Entertainment and Arts Management.
